Response to the user after the completion mark.

Thank you for your patience as we worked with the VRF & Ductless Training Administrators to respond to your request. We have heard back from them and they have advised that your course, [COURSE NAME], has been moved to completion.

If a certificate is associated with a course, you'll be able to locate it by:

1. Hover over (or tab to) the 'Learn' menu in the navigation bar. Note: If you tab to the menu, use the down arrow key to display menu options.
2. Select the Transcript option.
3. Select the 'Certifications' tab.
4. Select the option to either view/print (under the 'Actions' column).
