If you need to reset the user's password, go to Manage > People > Then Search User's Name. Under 'Action' it should automatically say 'Create Password.' Confirm this and then click on 'Go.' Then click on 'Create.' This will trigger an email to be sent to the user with a system-generated temporary password.

I apologize for the issues you are having logging in. Kindly note that you may request a new password by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. You will then be prompted to enter your login ID and should receive an email with further login instructions.

If you are unable to log in after using this option, please let me know and I will be happy to reset your password on our end.
