The Help Button is a great resource when you need to dig deeper into an issue. It is context-sensitive so if you click on the ? Icon from the home page, it's going to give you information about the home page. If you click on it from the transcript, it's going to give you information about transcripts, etc. So be sure to locate the page that has the closest relation to your issue, before you click on the icon.
