A user may come in and ask if they’re enrolled in a course. Due to multiple accounts being such an issue (and admins having to create accounts for people), it is best to check the class roster for the user’s name if you don’t see the course listed on their account. They could have another account set up with someone else’s email address, etc. You can check the roster by:
1. Going to Manage > Training
2. Clicking on ‘Manage Enrollment For Classroom Courses’ in the Quick Links tile on the right side
3. Search for the course name (or keyword)
4. Locate the course from the list and click on the course title.
5. Sessions will show. Locate the correct session and click on the ‘Manage Enrollment’ button to view the class roster.
6. Click on the lowercase i ‘Info’ icon next to the user’s name to see their account information.
Confirm that the email address associated with the name is one that belongs to that user (or the person who enrolled them) Remember we cannot give out email addresses so do this with caution.
Note: This is different than the process for checking for online/ILT (Learning Events) courses.
