Kindly follow these instructions to reactivate a user's account once you have confirmed that is locked:
1. Locate the user's account by hovering over 'Manage' and then choosing 'People'
2. Once the user account has been located, choose 'Edit Activity' from the options that appear in the 'Action' column.
3. Click 'Go'
4. Click on 'Active' and choose 'Save' from the bottom right corner of the pop-up window that appears.
